Refund policy
At SPA WATCHES we stand behind every piece we sell, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If anything about your order is not right, write to our client care team and we will work with you until it is put right.
1. Return Window
A return or refund may be requested within 60 days of delivery. To qualify, the piece should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all of its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
Write to our client care team at support@usspawatches.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will respond with a return authorization and straightforward return instructions.
You may also submit your request through our Refund Portal, which is usually quicker to process: https://refundsportal.com/us-spa-watches
- We confirm the return and send you the return address along with instructions;
- You send the piece back following the instructions we provide;
- Once it reaches us and has been inspected, your refund is processed.
3. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we have received and inspected your return, refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, although your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
Should a piece arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or a replacement. On change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost and the return shipping may not be refundable.
4. Shipping & Delivery Issues
Delivery times can vary with carrier handling and customs processing. If your order is delayed, fails to arrive, or arrives damaged, write to support@usspawatches.com and we will help trace, replace, or refund it in line with this policy.
5. Your Payment Rights
Coming to us first is usually the fastest route to a resolution, but it is never a requirement. You retain all rights under your cardholder agreement and under applicable law, including the right to contact your bank or card issuer about a transaction at any time.
